Fit 7 is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice specially Kanishka (personal trainer) who take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how she give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! This is first experience with FIT7 gym and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide free parking, towels for workouts, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It's a hard workout with happy people! I will definitely recommend FIT7 gym to my friends and relatives. Big Thanks to FIT7 gym.
Extraordinary gym in Vasant Kunj area. Had been part of multiple fitness facilities but this is whacking great. Huge space, great environment, highly equipped, personalised training program facilities, all time steam and sauna availability, etc. Do not have enough words to appreciate the facility. Highly recommend everyone to be a part of it.
I cannot say enough good things about this gym. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire staff. The facilities are top-notch and always kept clean and well-maintained. Navneet Sir is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and never hesitated to push me just the right amount during workouts. They tailored the program to my specific goals. I couldn't recommend this gym more highly - they truly go above and beyond for their clients.
Arrogant behaviour or attitude can been seen here.... The gym media handle has replied to those who have given good feedback. And they didn't tried to speak or reply to people have bad experience. Not a single apology or sorry from their side. This makes this place very sick and unhealthy to join as resolving grievance should be their priorities not ignorance. Many thanks for the honest reviewers. I dropped my plan now. And would not recommend any of my family or friends
