Everything is good... but i don't understand why u guys doesn't have ur own music... i mean seriously., u r doing biceps n suddenly the music goes like "yaad piya ki aaney lagi".. i mean i love those songs.. but in the gym.. u lose that energy..

I am a member of Fit7 since last 2 years, I really liked coming here and got very good result too. If you are also a gym lover then you should also come here once. Now I am talking about the trainers here who are very dedicated and motivational towards the members. Now let me tell you about my trainer EZAZUL HAQUE who is the first trainer of Fit7 to achieve a lot of success in the world of bodybilling. I have got very good results by training with them. If you also want to do bodybuilding or want to keep your health fit, then you too can do it quite easily by training with them. If you also become a member of Fit 7, then definitely try training with them once and you will get very good results.
