I have joined FVL in August 2023. Till now, my experience of learning yoga has been really good. The instructors there are friendly and are very knowledgeable about different yoga postures. The ambience is very calm and soothing. The instructors take care to teach you about the yoga postures even after the class gets over. I have a lot left to learn and I look forward to learn more.
Very good experience. If all of you fit your body and mind and feel your inner energy and strength, want to develop yor confidence then join FVL. Our instructor are very well trained and well behavior, they just like our friends.I started my yoga class before 2month, in between I reduce 6kg . I m a osteoarthritis patient, doing yoga in fvl feeling better now.Madhuria, Debosmita, Manjuree and all the instructor are very loving personality.

It has been two months since I joined them and trust me I can feel the improvements. However, there are lot to learn.
