The promoter Mr. Mohit had been himself a National Weightlifter and highly educated in the field of Physical Education and Sports. He is very sober and always customer centric. He does personal and individualized reviews of customers to meets their individual training requirements. The Gym is spacious, has well and sequential arranged stations and excellent ambience.

I have been working at this gym now for last 2 years and the results are there to speak for itself. The professional guidance from Sir Mohit Sehrawat is unparallel and the support staff is also great. A special effort is made towards personal attention for individuals and hygiene of the center. A definite recommendation for a beginner as well as experienced gym enthusiasts. Awesome place to work out......

Excellent fitness place for a person who is passionate about health and fitness. As soon as you enter the fitness center you will strongly feel that you are already developing and discovering the love for exercise. Very clean facility and provide wipes and surface cleaners for people to use before and after the workout. All the equipments are in excellent shape and if any equipment is broken the repair time is very brisk. Mohit Sehrawat is gem of a person who is available all the time to answer any of your questions. He is a very good motivator. There are tons of equipments and activities available for people with wide range of fitness level. I can strongly recommend this place and can say with confidence that your health is in good hands at fit & fun gym. High tens!!!!.....

It's one of the best gym in the near vicinity of Mahipalpur, Delhi, where the person can achieve his goal with in the dedicated time. The owner Mr. Mohit Sherawat who himself is good athlete and fitness trainer, who works very hard with enrolled members in getting fitness and body building. I love to trained with the knowledgeable trainers of the gym, who always very supportive and kind to make us work hard in our workout. I Love the ambience of Gym as well. Hats off the Mohit bhai as he is like elder brother to all us, as he keeps the vibrant atmosphere around us and he and his staff keeps on encouraging every individual to train hard to get best out of us.

Really good gym. It has all the equipments which anyone could need. Mohit Bhaiya ( Owner )is really good and encouraging. He has done Ph.D in Physical Education and he a great mentor . Highly recommended to anyone willing to join a gym. be fit have fun .
