Issue resolved by Pankaj ji ..... They have apologize and accept all the conditions with politely. Issue earlier: (They are cheating.... This Monday (14th Aug) I visited this store for shopping. I purchased 3 items worth 8000 and they have said you will get the bill on phone. But I haven't received the bill even after I called them. Then something clicked in my mind ... I have checked price of those products I have bought on firstcry website. I found huge differences. I have paid Rs1999 for a trouser which is available at Rs 1099 only on firstcry app. Same with the other products. We have membership of firstcry but from now we will never buy anything from firstcry now)

Best place for all the needs of your baby from new born to 14 years. Be careful about club membership it's applicable only on babyhug clothes and shoes not on all the products & you have to use your store coupons every month otherwise it will affect your last big coupons because the coupons are not carry forward. The store staff is very cooperative. Stuff of babyhug is very good and the milk bottles is also good like Avent.

We had an exceptional shopping experience at this place. Meena Singh guided us through a wide range of baby products and addressed all our inquiries with utmost satisfaction. I highly recommend visiting the store for all your baby needs.

I had recently very bad experience. We saw a carrier bag for our baby. A girl showed us and mr Kaushal checked the price and told us 3900 something but he said there is other colour which cost you 3150 and when I asked why he said colours had price variation. And if you would have member ship it's 29 something. We agreed to buy suddenly another girl came and said it's 3290. I told her that they told me different price and she said they were wrong. Mr Kaushal completely disappeared. It felt very bad because when he told me cost he checked through scan by his mobile and told me final price. I felt they were tried to cheat and we came back.

Overall very good stuff and quality, very helpful staff (Mr. Shubham & Mr. Pankaj)..... keep up the good work. Cheers!!!

My one and only place, one stop to fulfill all my requirements for my baby. Not only their collection is superb but also the staff there is extremely co-operative and helpful. Each individual know about all the products in detail and guide you in selecting the right product. Also, their after sales services and response is prompt and commendable. Definitely a 5 star performer!
