One of the best stays in Kasar Devi with excellent views of Himalayas and food was yum.. Rooms were average and affordable.. however hospitality and service was top notch.. Highly recommended..

I have visited Kasar for the first time in October month & my experience of visiting Kasar enhanced because of my stay at Ram Singh Mehra Homestay. This is such a beautiful Homestay with all modern facilities like 24x7 hot water, fast Wi-Fi, pure drinking water, clean & luxurious washrooms etc. and mesmerizing views, my favourite is sunrise point- just wonderful. Hospitality is such good that with the members of the homestay, it feels like a relative. In my personal opinion, this homestay is simply the best because of the magnificent furniture & facilities, its beautiful scenic views along with the calmness & quietness in the whole Kasar town that too under budget. Suraj Bhai- the owner of the homestay is always available on phone if anything you want to know. One last memorable thing- My friend & I had reached the homestay few hours before the check-in time in the morning and my health was also not good because of the zig-zag journey of the mountains. They welcome us, provided a much needed cup of tea & ask us to wait in guest room or roof of the homestay from where the scene was very wonderful, full soothing and the room was ready for us in 1 hour. They don't even charge any money from us for those hours before the check-in time, this also has touched me. Such a scenic views place, humble & supportive staff which enhances the very experience of your journey. Thanks again Suraj Bhai for such a memorable experience.

Stayed here last year, a narrow lane behind the main roads leads to the Homestay, as I was confused but swiftly suraj came to pick me up to reach the Homestay. Could drive and park the car right the property. Suraj took such a good care that he ended up becoming friend and we did drive down to chitai mandir and zoo together. It's a quiet and quaint location though a school behind but that just doesn't matter at all and creates no noise at all , infact seeing kids in uniform adds to morning. Good full filling home cooked breakfast and hot chai when you need adds to experience. This Homestay would be my go to place when am in kasar devi.

This will be the place I will always be going back to when I am in kasar devi! Amazing service and people who run this place! The view is something you will appreciate as well along with clean and good rooms! Don't forget to eat local cuisine over there as it is something not to be missed as well!

Hello Suraj, My experience to the FMOKRSMH was awesome. Beautiful location . Beautiful vibes , Nice Mr. Suraj for being cordial to all of your guests. Love to visit again . No noise pollution .. just you and you. i like the place very much. Although kitchen was not operational but Mr. Suraj managed very well and provided the kitchens phone number and food was on a call away. Clean room and Rooms are on the name of himalayas peak . Last week enjoyed one day at top of KASAR surrounded by lush green trees. 360 degree lightening view of villages was really amazing in the night. Stay amenities along with services were up to the mark.

Nice homestay with polite owners. Rooms are very neat and clean. Much pleased with their hospitality. One can wake up early to enjoy nature and Himalayan view from homestay itself.

A place I'd definately want to come back . Peacefully located facing the himalyas . A must go place for birders as well if you want to capture the khaliji pheasant and the red billes blue magpie. The host is worth a mention. Sanjay made me feel at home - polite , friendly and a good cook :)
