Excellent...is the only word for them.During our stay everything was excellent.Rooms are very clean.staff is very courteous.owners treat you so well.They go out of the way to help you.we had an amazing stay here.Will recommend more and more people to book this hotel.

It was a really clean, affordable and safe hotel in chandmari a bit far from MG road but I had no problem. Staff was very cordial and I believe, the owner present at reception was also very helpful. Only lack was of a bed heater, and the heater was chargeable. A bed warmer is a necessity in the biting cold of Gangtok but apart from this, everything was great. Thank you so much for the great service.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent! Location is off the main road but easy to find. We booked via MakeMytrip. From the telephone numbers in the booking email.. I got in touch wit Mr Jitendra Kumar who helped us answer questions and plan our travels.. He also helped arrange local sightseeing trips... including permits etc. Throughout our communications.. he was very clear and thorough. We were a family of 8 (4 adults + 4 teenagers). Being used to city life we were a bit skeptical of the stay facilities and transportation but I'm glad we went with this hotel. The rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated. Heaters were made available for a small fee. The dining experience was very unique.. They prepared the meal items we asked for ready at the exact time we asked for.. so the food was hot when we ate! Very thoughtful. The roof of this hotel is accessible via the staircase and has beautiful hillside views in the day and starry views in the night. Many thanks to Mr Jitendra for helping make this part our trip memorable!

Very nice management Well behaviour Service Good Well Decorated Room are very clean Price reasonable But so far from MG Market Food also Good.

The staffs are well educated and humble, polite & very very cooperative with guest. We are never fell like we stay in hotel it's like home feel. Special sweet we like so much is atta ka halwa with ghee & lots of dry fruits made by aunti ji. We are thankful for Abode staffs, for take care us.
