This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. A special thanks to PUSHPA as she is my fitness trainer and she amazing. She is extremely reliable and punctual with an exercise routine planned. She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid injuries. I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. They have a clean space with updated equipment. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. The overall vibe is great.
