Love the ambience. It is a very clean and hygienic gym with all necessary equipments. The trainers are super helpful and very friendly. I would like to mention Gopal ji who is always ready to help with loading and unloading the weights while doing heavy sets. All in all an amazing place to work out.

A very comfortable gym to workout in. Well equipped, sporty decor and a neat n clean for a change. Priced very reasonably and VALUE for money. Above all super trainers of both genders who are not only knowledgeable but give you the right encouragement during your fitness regime, just like a personal trainer! Overall a fabulous experience and gym...ing here has become an integral part of my days schedule.
The gym owner is very helpful, very trustworthy and the support staff is helpful and help in training, unlike other gyms in the area. Economical and best range of equipment plus Zumba classes and Cross fit training. Good crowd as well and very cooperative staff.
