Awesome gym and trainer. Guide very well and motivate every person.

This is a good GYM, they have all the necessary equipment and the trainer is very friendly. The only downside is that being a basement GYM, the ventilation is not very good, although they have lots of fans and ACs running, it can get a little hard to breathe during crowded sessions. The only equipment I hate here is the leg curl machine, it's not adjustable so it gets hard to target those hamstrings but, you'll get used to it eventually. Everything else is great here.

The gym have less space but the trainer is vry helpful and corporative u can easlye gain or loss weight with their good instaruinstr

Nice Gym as compared to other in deep nagar jalandhar. .. but less ventilated

The space is less but is good as compared to other gyms of deep nagar

Not that big gym, but ambience is good here.
