I stayed here with my family for 2 nights. Beautiful property. Balcony view in the morning is beautiful surrounded by . Property is in the middle of tea plantations which makes its more beautiful. Very nice,polite and well behaved staff.Rooms and washrooms are very neat and clean. Food is great very tasty. Breakfast is superr delicious. Dinning Hall is well arranged. Overall excellent and it was a nice experience visiting at Falcon Crest Resort.

Rooms are very small for the money they charged. Food was good. Service from staff is very bad. They don't listen to your needs. Location is the worst. It is very interior and you have to travel a lot for this location and the place to drive to this location is also dangerous especially during nights.
We stayed here with family just for one night. The property is very beautiful with comfortable rooms. The ambience was amazing. Their service too good. The lunch and dinner served was very tasty. The only problem was the steep path leading to the resort.

Well maintained property located in the middle of the tea estate and room with a balcony having a serene view of the hills. Had a chance to witness Malabar whistling thrush birds which sang beautiful melodies every morning during our entire stay here.
We can experience the mist during early mornings and evenings. Badminton, basketball and indoor games like carrom, billiards, chess and kids games are available. Separate play area available for kids as well. Staffs were professional, polite and well behaved. Food was too hygienic and tasty at an affordable price. Room service was good. Overall we had a great stay here.

Rooms are good. There are stone stairs leading to the cottage door. Hence, it would be better to take the lower level room for senior citizens.

While placing the lunch and dinner order, I would suggest that the number of dishes selected be written down and passed on to the reception as there was confusion twice.
