The hotel is not a stay for any trips where you will be spending most of the time in the room. The rooms were very small and compact for the first 5 floors. But the provisions for keeping your items were given correctly. The bathroom was neat and had many toiletry kits. But hot water did not come and the shampoo + hand wash squeezer had no liquid inside it! Room service came everyday and they replaced the used kits in the room as well as the bathroom. Printer and buying snacks were available in request. The main issue was in the restaurant...they keep forgetting our orders and it arrives only after an hour since we complained. Roads outside were a little busy and the overall location was not good as it is situated near a Indian Oil petrol bunk. Overall, I would give 3

Hotel is good. Staff is polite and well trained. However, Did not quite like the dinner buffet they had during my stay at the place. It was nothing like what one'd expected from a brand like Marriott. 2 stars for the range of food items available, 1 for the quality of the food that was served. Breakfast was however decent.

Awarding a single star is a generous rating, primarily due to the staff's kindness. That's the only positive aspect I can mention about this hotel. Despite having previous experiences at Marriott properties, this one stands out as one of the worst and falls far short of deserving a 4-star rating. During my three-day business stay, my spacious room on the 9th floor was marred by dated decor and cupboards. The bed was uncomfortable, featuring an excessively soft mattress and a thin, transparent material in place of a proper bedsheet - a surprising choice. To compound the issues, there was a lack of running water in the bathroom on one occasion. The towels were in such poor condition that they would be more suitable for use as floor mops. The hotel's dining room, situated on the 1st floor, offered both buffet and a la carte options. Unfortunately, the buffet choices were subpar, leading me to opt for a la carte. Service left much to be desired, despite the staff's kindness. They often appeared disoriented, resulting in multiple requests for the same item. Breakfast, in particular, was a series of mishaps, including a malfunctioning toaster and staff members unaware of it. My table lacked the necessary cutlery, and the salt and pepper shaker was empty. Ordering food often led to staff members disappearing, requiring me to remind others of my order until it was fulfilled. Obtaining a proper cup of tea, especially when requesting varieties that come in tea bags like English Breakfast, proved to be a challenging task. Even the duty manager himself forgot my order, casting doubt on the hotel's internal processes and standards. As a result, I gained the impression that there were no clear or well-established procedures in place to support and guide the team effectively. The overall standards were disappointingly low. In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite self-proclaiming as a 4-star establishment, it falls far short and is only deserving of a 1-star rating.

Stayed with family for a week here. The service staff was kind and friendly. They were eager to help. A major problem I encountered was that the room smelled like toilet. I informed the staff multiple times and they even gave me a different room, but still didn't help. Turning on the exhaust helped a bit, but the hotel does it only for few hours a day. Even that didn't help after sometime. The smell became unbearable after a day. The hotel has a great team of staff, but their infrastructure needs to be fixed. Felt like staying in a toilet.

The experience of our stay was superb. Pretty helpful staff. Great ambience and good room service. Only a bit far away from the main tourist spots like the Madras Government Museum, T. Nagar & Anna Nagar and even Marina Beach is quite a distance away. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

Don't even think about booking this hotel if you need a king bed. Rooms are too small and from day 2 there was a huge smell from A/C. Breakfast buffet was included in the package when I booked and even the though options are less dosa, poori, vadai were good. Milkshake was also good. Pastries were not that great. Service was good.

Really really really had a good stay... Staff are courteous and professional... I was glad I chose this place to send my birthday weekend
