We had the chance to stay for just one night and to be honest, other than the location of the hotel, I don't think there is absolutely anything to describe great about this hotel. The location is very close to T-Nagar, Nungambakkam and Kodambakkam. With regards to the rooms, they are quite small, dingy and dirty. The floor was not mopped and the sheets were not clean. There was so much of stains in all the sheets, pillows and even after asking to change, the new sheets had even more stains. There were very many cockroaches in the room, floor, on the bed and we had a tough time sleeping. The AC, washroom, TV and other amenities were decent and worked out good. The reception is good with talk but to initiate action, they tend to take too much time or may be forget it. For food, there are many walkable restaurants nearby. Overall, its just an okay place. Pls consider only if you really don't have a choice.

Very poor , checked out the room in an hour because of the poor maintenance. light's were blinking every 5 sec like voltage fluctuation. Blankets , bed sheets and pillow cover had stains, A/C remote was not working properly, door was not having front knob , towels were torn and dirty, curtains torn. overall the quality of the space is unbearable.

This is the worst hotel I have seen so far. Rude staff behavior and demand extra cash without providing facility. I never recommend this to anyone. Please make sure to avoid this hotel while booking.

FAB hotels are fraud, the rooms are not neat there was a cockroach once the room boy opened the door in this place, so i decided not to stay when i informed the customer care about it they were also rude n not helpful n cut the call they are just making us pay in the name of pre-booking and doesn't refund the amount as well. It was awful. We originally booked a different hotel with good reviews from fabHotel, but that one was no longer part of FabHotels. (So why were we still able to book the other one?) So they sent us to this place... the sheets were super dirty, many many stains, the curtain was torn down, a lampshade was scattered, there was no light in the bathroom, the toilet didn't flush right, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, one window could not be closed, caused the handle was broken and I still could go on!! It's nothing like the pictures. The staff was really unfriendly during check in and were always chilling (laying on the sofas and so on) in the lobby, which looked quite unprofessional. When we complained at least they fixed the light in the bathroom and changed the bed sheets, but even the "fresh" ones had stains. And under the sheets we could see that the pillows were mouldy. FabHotel should really reconsider this place...

It is one of the worst Hotel in Chennai the demand for extra cash they will tell that there is a problem in management from oyo from every person whoever book this hotel they will face some issue while check in they demand for extra cash thousand be careful guys whoever is going to book room in this first check this reviews and later you can check with another but don't book rooms in this hotel they cheat you Be careful

Terrible, not even worth reviewing. Unfortunately lower than 1 star cannot be given. They charge double the amount during checkin in spite of online booking and having paid. That booking is not honoured. Dirty linens, intercoms not working, no drinking water, rooms have to be shared with mosquitoes, cockroachs, etc. Front desk is highly unfriendly and non-cooperative. Booked it via a third party app. But was denied entry on arriving & said it won't provide room at the declared tariffs. When asked why they started blaming the third party app. It isn't my concern so unfortunately was harassed for no reason. & later had to shift to a different location of theirs cause they ain't giving me any returns obviously & compromise with a cheaper place. In short they using third party apps for getting customers but scamming people at the last moment.
