Our stay was so comfortable...
Rooms are clean and staff also polite and helpful...

Felt little high in pricing and there is no complimentary and breakfast
dont get fooled by the parking pics posted in MakeMyTrip. only 6 cars can be parked a d it's first come first park basis. when we booked rooms they didn't inform us that their restaurant is under renovation.
rooms are spacious and neat. but i didn't like

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were neat and the car park was safe as well. Would recommend my friends. The only discomfort was availability of food as the hotel doesn't own a restaurant. All else good
Price for 12 hours is more than 2k, and for food they ask to pay extra 1k .
No matter when you check in , but have to check out at 11 am. If someone wants to stay for one hour after that, they have to pay again 2k.
Worst reception and service .

Very good hotel most recommend. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned.
Good thing about the place is only the room size and the helper.
Except that:
1. There was no wifi give, even after asking for it multiple time. The reception guy have the same response that GM have the password !!
2. There is no breakfast, not even paid. We called the reception in the morning and they said the restaurant will open at 11, later told us it will open by noon and at noon they said it will take time.
3. For the extra beding they just provide the metress which is not expected after paying such high rents. There are cheaper hotels available near by which provide extra beds.
4. The fans in the room are noicy
5. Over prised for location and facilities it provides, i will recommend you look for another place if planning for a relaxing stay for a weekend at pondi

We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
