FabHotel SSR Fern Suites - Hotel Near GSM Mall, Hyderabad - Hotel in Madeenaguda, Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

I had stayed here for 3 nights in September 2023. When I saw the building I thought it to be more of a lodge. The reception area is decent but the alley to the room and the rooms are really well done and spacious giving vibes of a 4 star hotel. I liked that they had a smart TV so i could stream in the evenings after work and the bathroom was really clean and spacious with a big mirror. Would really recommend the stay as 100% value for money.

Neat and good room but they don't know how to provide services, no soap or shampoo was provided. No water bottle, even they don't have their own dining, very cheap breakfast. I was surprised with a cheap and torn towel which was given on my request. They just said that I have been given a room with a cheap price on mmt, which they didn't like, a very bad experience.

NEVER BOOK HERE. THIS GUY IS FRAUD. And FAB HOTEL IS PATHETIC. THEY DON'T LISTEN TO YOU. GO IBIBO TOO. HELL 1. They overbooked the hotel and at arrival they say we don't have rooms available. 2. Fab hotel is absolutely pathetic too.. They have no regards for even email confirmations. I had to struggle to get rooms 3 first time ever I heard, 3 guest does not include extra mattress. 4. First time ever I heard, breakfast does not include Tea

Rooms are nice. Poor Service. To find the location is difficult, no hotel sign board in lift or parking area.

Even after asking for breakfast which is included in room rental, the receptionist is not responding and just watching girls coming and going to gym

Best place for hosting guests from My Home Jewel (MHJ). Staff was cooperative and also prioritized our requests/changes without any hassles. Rooms are well maintained and spacious enough to house three guests (bed at extra charge). There's no active kitchen due to which the hotel has to rely on food from outside. However, if you're just planning to stay and have food outside, then this is the best place to stay closest to MHJ. Thanks to Sharath, Rahul & team for excellent stay.

Its one of the horrifying experience i had with them. I booked for two rooms and paid in full on fabhotels and once i am Here at the venue, the manager asked us to wait and gave a long answer of overbooking the hotel requested by a repeat staying customer. How cool? And they neither offer any refunds or give you an equally good replacement hotel. They want me to stay at a hotel that has so many negative reviews. Highly recommend not to use this service and confirm once or twice before you planning to check in. I was totally sick and neither given any attention or rest room access to use meanwhile.

Iam paid amount but service not available he says security issue is there so pay the amount but iam taking only service amount because he says already only 2000 that's why I am taking that's it. Its very cruel they didn't give my money also.
