I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a stunning view. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a culinary delight, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. What truly stood out was the exceptional service - every request was met with a smile. I left with fond memories and a desire to return. This hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in Oct 2023 with my parents (senior citizens) & let me tell you - This is the worst possible hotel you could stay in. The location is in a dilapidated area with construction work ongoing. The staff at the reception are rude, hostile & not helpful at all. Rest assured that all your requests/room services will be duly forgotten and never attended to. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and am writing this review to warn others in hope that they do not get fooled by the other fake google reviews or the hotel name . I've given a detailed list of pros n cons for you to review and evaluate, if you would still like to consider this hotel - Pros: - Rooms are decently sized. - Bedding is comfortable (not springy, not hard) - Could possibly consider if you just want a quick place to freshen up but they charge you a bomb for this so it's not worth it anyways. Cons: - You need to pay the entire amount at the time of check-in, irrespective of whether you stay for the whole period or not & even after you've paid the advance online (FabHotel rules) - Rooms are not cleaned/maintained (dust on the floor, dirt in the mats, bed linen have smudges and marks) - Bathrooms are tiny and not clean either. Shower doesn't work so you are stuck with the dirty bucket. - Rooms are accessible only via stairs so it is not suitable for elderly or people with knee problems (No lift available) - Poor location - There are no good restaurants or general shops in the vicinity (walking distance). Not many sober people during the day but you will surely find a handful of drunk people at night. - Hotel reception staff (Shilpi) is unwelcoming and very rude. In general, all your calls for housekeeping or general service will be 'Royally' ignored. The owner is helpful and nice but that didn't help us much. - They have a magical AC that blows out air at the same temperature irrespective of whether you set it to 24 degrees or 17 degrees. - No room amenities provided like water bottles, tea/coffee sachets, hot water kettle etc. Basically, steer clear if you want to have an 'Anandam-filled stay .

Its a pathetic place to stay with family. Rooms are small, bathroom is small. Feels very congested. I regret keeping my family there. I will not recommend to go for this place.

Absolutely loved it... The experience was very great and the rooms were clean as well. Food was also good. Staffs and the faculty were also very frank and respectful.

I booked deluxe room and pictures of the same are very pretty and size of rooms in picture is also large, but the room I received is too small. Food quality is average, cleanliness is also average, though most of the staff are unprofessional.

Advance payment ignored. Owner and receptionist created unprofessional, unethical ruckus with menacing gestures , not even willing to contact head office if advance payment was actually received.Fabhotels, shame on you to put your customers in a dangerous situation. No one should stay. Period. Oh, and absolutely filthy bathroom.

Rooms are very small. They don't have geyser and rely on solar panel. Bedsheets were also not clean. During our stay, bathroom Knob broke and I was stuck in bathroom for 10 min. Food is ok ok..
