Amazing stay experience. The breakfast was very homely and the staffs were very cooperative. The hotel is in a very prime location. The food at Delhi Darbar is good too. Overall the stay was excellent. 5/5 experience.

Hotel is clean and good staff. Room service is good. This hotel is 750 meters from calangute beach. Breakfast also included and it is nice.daily they serve 3 items.There is north Indian restaurant in the premises, food is costly but neat and tasty. I recommend this hotel for families and bachelors as it is main centre.

Food from Kings court restaurant was just mouth watering. Service provided at breakfast area was exceptional. Staffs were super friendly and caring. Ambience and hygiene were just mind blowing and I highly recommend staff named "Satya" and his manager "Kuldeep". Both were very friendly and highly helping. I highly recommend both of these exceptional staff of their service.

It's a curropt hotel the agent infront akashh will make friends with then tell you the night clubs and he'll issist to be best then Evan after paying the bill next morning they I'll say you have a big Champaign bill , without any knowledge they kept my luggage and phone I had to pay big amount just to get out of this racket

I generally never give review to any hotel service but to this hotel I thought to write down, the hotel service is pathetic and staff behaviour specially the front desk person is not at all cooperative...service is not good...no welcome drink is served to client if you ask they will be so blunt with their behaviour...I booked their suite room but the tv was not working for entire night I made so many calls to reception the reception boy was least concern about our complaint and was rude to....food is so much expensive as if I am ordering in 5 star hotel...pool is in very poor condition..they are thieves my expensive slippers were by mistake left in the room at the time of checkout..I was sitting for 15 minutes at reception at the time of checkout their service boy went twice to check the room but not even single time he informed us that my slippers are left and can hand over to the guest...such a cheep behaviour they have..and when I called them I said ur service boy went twice in room to check reception boy said may be it was just slippers so has not informed you..this is not the behaviour of reputed hotels...they charge so much for their rooms but Breakfast options are so limited..so I strongly say big no to this hotel.

Stayed there in February, rooms were so aesthetic...i liked the ambience very much and the food is too good....they have their own restaurant also which i found reasonable and good. The only thing bothered me is their lethargic staff for the room service. Otherwise everything was superb. Reception staff was very good and cooperative.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to their suite room. Rooms were huge and clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was ok but can be improved. Location is perfect. Overall a pleasant stay.

It shouldn't be a one star it should be no stars at all. We were booked into this hotel last week which was paid for in full. Our flight from the UK was delayed by a day so we contacted the hotel by phone and email to inform them we would be arriving late. When we arrived we were told our booking had been cancelled because we didn't turn up on the date we booked, it was early hours of the morning and we had nowhere to stay, not realising it was an Indian holiday weekend and nearly everywhere was fully booked. To make things worse the reception staff thought it was highly amusing , also they blamed agoda who we booked with for cancelling our booking when in fact it was fab hotels themselves. So would I recommend this hotel, definitely not I will never book with this chain of hotels again.
