Such a waste of property. Location is prime but pathetic maintenance. Such a shame under the name of fab hotels. Very disappointed. Don't you guys even look at ur property before asking for huge tariffs. Will not recommend. And will never even think of staying in any FAB hotel.

Not recommended for families, more than a day's stay for business. Overall it was an unpleasant service experience. Room size and the location are pretty good but the service of the hotel is way below par. I had to change rooms thrice. No hot water, one room service or cleaning will need 5 calls. There was a lot of ruckus on 2nd night where there was literally a fight going on in the corridor for an hour. The reason was that the hotel also owns a dance bar right opposite the guest room corridor. If you are not into these sort of things, then avoid this property.

One of the most worst hotels I ever stayed in my life.... Pathetic is not the word.....I have never done this kind of a review for ages now...let's start.....check in was ok....there are 2 loud music playing dance bars in the same building....one on the ground floor and the other one on the second floor....so be assured you won't be at peace till 1.00 am if at you plan to sleep early...once you enter the room....In my case I was put up in room no.411....the entire room smellt like someone has pissed all over the room....it just stinked like public urinals....the flooring looked like never been mopped for years....all the walls and flooring of the toilet was like slippery....no hot water in the morning.....the bed linens and towels were like a stinky bad smelling sh.........service was pathetic.....and when you ask them to change the room.....they tell you that the hotel is completely sold out...can you believe this.....a place like this been completely sold out....so your stuck because you have already done the payment while checking in....I blame equally the Booking .Com site for put up such a bad place in their portal for public to book their stays...Overall a very very bad experience.....Was just waiting for the sunrise to happen and check out immediately and get out of that bad/worst place...Family with kids please be aware....don't fall for the reviews on booking . Com, it's not the last choice also and don't book your stay ever in this Fab hotel.... Pentagon. Hope this review helps kind people before they book this place.

Room was very spacious but there was a typical smell which really irritated me. Regarding service was satisfactory food was also ok.

Nothing was at par with the cost charged. No room service. Phone not working. Bathroom tiles broken. No kettle/ tea bags etc. No hot water in taps. Place also noisy.

Overall experience was good, however the staffs needs to show more professionalism in their approach and need to maintain better place for girls. As the pub downstairs makes the guests uncomfortable because of the drunkards staring at each girls passing by

Horrible service . Room linen was not good. Mosquito was in room . No repellent provided after asking several time. No AC remote. TV connection was not there. After asking several time they managed to connect it. Bad smell in room.

The property is okay okay. Initially the room was not clean, the mattress was of a very bad quality with springs popping out of it. The AC had no remote....but once we complained they cleaned the room and changed the mattress. So staff is cooperative. But at night after 11 pm there was very loud music and shouting on the second floor of the hotel, we could hear people shouting till morning 3am. That made our stay very uncomfortable. We had to leave early morning and we could not sleep whole night due to loud noise so that's the worst part. I think the property has some bar or disco on the same floor on which they provide rooms to other guests... That's really very unprofessional and fabhotels should keep a check on these kind of things. There is room service for food, it's near to railway station but if you are travelling with family or kids it's not recommended. Altogether i didn't have a good experience so I will not book any property from fabhotels in future. But still if u r traveling solo and you get any offer you might consider it as a budget option for a stay. Be safe and enjoy.
