Not a good experience here. NO ELECTRICITY at night. Dirty pillows with yellow patches. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Representative on the reception was very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to both Golden Temple and Railway Station.

AC was turning off by it's own. There were small cockraches in the room. Breakfast quality was not good and very slow room service. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone

Worst hotel I have ever saw in my life... I don't recommend this hotel to anyone... Staff is careless and so waste

I wish I could have given 0 rating for this worst hotel. 0 cleaning, pathetic bedsheets, no cleaning at all, completely un- hygienic. The pictures shown online and the real room is 360deg mess..No parking at all..I had to park on the road.. Rusty chairs, geyser not working.Bedsheets completely dirty.The footmats feel like they haven't washed ever. On requesting for a change , the staff is not at all helpful, indeed they say they have done their best and cannot do anything, staff is equally bad as rooms. I request you all to not at all consider this hotel.

Room condition- The room was not cleaned before check-in. We checked- in in evening but still it was not cleaned . Bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket everything was dirty .There are cockroaches all over the room. Towels were also wet and looks like they were used . TV cables are loose so it was not working properly. Bathroom water tap was broken. Service- Room service was very slow , the landline which was in the room was not working so either we have to go to reception everytime or try to call them from our cell phone. Poor management- We talk to their manager for all this but he was very rude . As we booked this hotel for 3 days stay , Over all it was very disappoiting stay.
