Booked through fab hotel app and paid. Receptionist denied booking and first told me that they've been not in tie up with fab hotel any more and all rooms are booked. Then 2 rooms are there but with higher tariff. Simply because they need more money. Not recommended

An average ac hotel. Rooms are clean but average. Its comparatively smaller than other hotels. Theres tv, wifi, air conditioning. Only 3x1L bottles of mineral water per day. Extra water bottles costs extra. Inhouse, they have vegetarian food only. Their wifi is bad, connectivity issues. Their tea, coffee,black tea are perfect. Room service is good. There is a supermarket next to the hotel(600ish meters) and there are various restaurants just 1 km away.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are good, well behaved and decent. Rest rooms well maintained. Rooms are small. Bed linens need change,as they are old and bit soiled. Otherwise a pleasant stay with all my family members. Also the location is good.

Very bad service from Fab Hotel side. We made multiple payments and none those got confirmed till the last moment after following up with Fab hotel team for multiple times. They were not at all responsive and we have not yet received the refund of the excess amount. It was harassment, will never book any hotel from this group.

Worst service by management. Atleast basic toiletries kit were not provided and drinking water also. Billing was done incorrectly for water bottles for which I didn't take. I tried explaining them but they didn't listen. Before booking the room, when I called to the customer care of fab hotels they told a vague answer that you will be charged Rs 300/- per room for early check-in. But when I reached hotel by 8am(actual check in is 12pm) they said it is Rs 200/- per hour so I ended up paying Rs 800/- extra. I called to the customer care and they told that we will check the call recordings and it will be escalated to higher authorities and we shall revert back in 24 hrs. It's been 48 hrs by now and I didn't get any response. I was literally disappointed with this hotel.

No facilities provided, good food but no amenities provided. Do confirm about amenities before booking.

BEWARE Reception team unethical & Liars. i requested for room availability for 2 consecutive weekends as i was travelling to write an exam and requested for late check-out as my exams were late afternoon sessions. They agreed to everything and charged fee. During advance booking they did not mention any additional fee for late check out but when I landed next week i had to pay INR200 per HOUR for 4 hrs extra and the following weekend they claimed they had no availability for extra few hrs. though i had advanced booked the room .so i had tocheckout and lug my luggage to the exam centre. Absolutely disappointed with FABHOTEL franchisee, if this the operating model across "take money don't follow though" i will sincerely not recommend this hotel to anyone

Going by the reviews in the net, planned to stay in this hotel. But was not upto the mark. Not happy with the stay.
