A great fitness studio in a city like Alibag. The overall workout experience is very good with an individual attention to each member. I have been going to this place for the past 1 month and instantly liked the place and their training after few sessions. I feel very motivated to go everyday and feel energized after each training session everyday. The quality of training is very methodical and on par with best fitness studio Training by Kaustubh is very good and efficient and he helps to gradually push our limits in a very effective way
