It's been 2 months since I have joined F3 fitness and after this experience I thought of writing my heart out. To begin with i must thank Mr. Arup Dutta (my guide and trainer) and Mrs Diana for their support both during workout and outside. I can with utmost surety say that I couldn't expect a better guide in gym. In the beginning I was quite hesitant to lift weights due to my chronic low back pain. It was motivation from Arup da which made me to plunge into the weight and I in no time started getting results. As my back muscles strengthened my back pain started diminishing, I started feeling lighter and flexible and gradually could feel my hypertrophied muscles. When I started off i was 83 and after 2 months I'm 74. Though I have a long way to go, still I'm happy and content with my progress in 2 months which ofcourse would not have been possible without Mr Arup Dutta and Mrs Diana. So thank you so much
