This institution not only make us physically fit and strong but mentally also and help us to fight against all the negativity around us. Our Chief Instructor is Sir Rameswar Das. Nothing to say about him, JITNA BHI BOLE KAM HI HOGA. He's a fantastic mentor and guide and an awesome friend of us. So feel free to join this Institute as you all will definitely learn amazing moves for self defense. And if someone is interested to participate on competitions then there's none other place than this.
Extreme Martial Arts institute is one of the best Martial Arts institute. The owner Rameshwar Das is himself the trainer. He dedicated his life to Martial Arts only. He did really hard work to establish this institute. He got lots of up and down in life but he maintained the institute and trained the student at his best for that reason today his students achieved lots of recognition and medals in competition not only in India but also outside India. In this institute a student (female or male) can learn different kinds of Martial Arts. Namely Kung Fu, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Boxing, Self Defence, Women Self Defence, Body Fitness & Self Healing Meditation (Very Costly). & More form of Martial Arts he can train but student wish mandatory namely Brazilian Capoira, Grappling, Savate France, etc. The trainer is a very Good Guy and friendly nature with discipline and one of the best trainer as because he not only train students he understands the student, their capacity, their capability, their problems and train them with full knowledge with explanations to overcome student's problem. The trainer also have medical sector knowledge for which in times of emergency his skills supports. Other feature is that he train students higher level meditation to heal themselves mentally and physically. In times of any competition he himself go along with students to support, motivate them and for live training. He looks every student equally in his eyes so no partiality. And he does not like politics. How do I know this all because in my early days I use to learn KungFu and he was my senior but I discontinue practicing. But after 12 years I joined his institute Extreme Martial Arts and found his training very effective and the institute is spacious, with mat floor and other important amenities.
