The maintenance charges are high and there are always issues in washrooms like leakage and require regular maintenance and the maintenance team is not that responsive. Dont take rent or invest in the flats rather invest in purvanchal royal which is next to nimbus
This society is great, especially for bachelors. You've everything in proximity, vegetables, fast food, tiffin services, market, etc. Also the auto service to the Knowledge Park metro is great.
I am writing what I have experienced here & what all possible problems U can face here. Don't go with the photos most of them are from nimbus 2 which is just 200 m from here. In nimbus 1 , if U live with ur family U won't face any boundations but if U are here living as a bachelor U will find n number of problems. 1. if U get any of your female friends or your gf they will not give them entry very easily even if U make proper entry & even if she is your sister U can face such problem. 2. U r not allowed to sit in the society park after 10pm . 3. If U are found doing any kind of mischief like playing loud music or if U are living with more no of people other than listed by the people of society U will find -10000 or -5000 rs fine in your electricity meter ( according to society in 2 bhk only 2 bachelors & in 3 bhk only 3 tenants are allowed) 4. Gym height is very low & has very few equipment & machines & pool also opens rarely. Gud points :- 1 . U can live peacefully here if U follow the society rules. 2 . This society is not very crowded as compared to technocity or nimbus 2 . 3 . Vegetable shop, juice shop , fastfood shop & a general store is inside the premises.

The location is very good but the main problem is the quality of construction may be improved further because as you can see from pictures . Second thing the staff is very lasy.. One of the most chutiya and last staff 1200= rupee lelenge monthly but kam nahi karenge gand fatte hai benchod socity bana he kyo le. Nice place for family to live. There is little issues for bachelors. Rent is very affordable as compared to others residential areas in greater noida for students. Auto anb cabs are easily available.
Mostly bachelor's are here only < 50% family. Nearest market for daily essentials is approx. 100m. But except it, every facility is minimum 4 kms away.
