Fast service and we'll mannered staff. Don't go by Google Map/GPS as I had a bad experience. It is opposite to Bank Of Baroda on the main road itself in Dorabjee's lane.

I had visited @ last month for my medical and they promised me to give me soft copy of my reports but still I didn't got it. Once they got their money, they even don't care for it. Highly recommended do not visit there.

Worse service ever. Non-cooperative staff, even though informing 3 days before they did not kept my reports ready. Slow service. There are lot many labs, in the vicinity rather visit there. When I asked them for medical fitness certificate, which I told earlier they said we don't give. If your not getting service on the time even after paying money, then it's not worth it.

I don't know how they managed to get such high ratings. My experience has been terrible. When you have an appointment of 09:00 am, and wait till 10:00 am for being acknowledged, starving, and then stay in the clinic till noon, it is really difficult to believe such exaggerated star ratings. If you value your time, or have your day planned out, stay away from this clinic. Total lack of professionalism, discipline, punctuality...

My wife and I visited this place for a whole body check up. There was a test named Pap Smear. We had a very bad experience with the gynecologist Dr.Arpita Porecha. My wife was doing it for the first time. This doctor behaved very rudely towards her and used abusive words while she could not control pain. She lacked patience and was hurrying up to complete the treatment despite bothering about the patient. The doctor was full of ego and shouted at my wife for displaying her pain. The experience was so traumatic that my wife denied doing the same test for 2 years in a row! I would not suggest gynecologists' visit to Express Clinic Viman Nagar branch.

Never ever go for any Lab test here, like ever. The lab people are not trained, zero hygiene and even after 3 picks to collect to simple blood test you may recieve a call that blood was not enough have to retake the test. People here are unprofessional and unethical, use under trained staff and treat you like a guinea pig They use same person for xray and blood collection. I had a horrible experience at this place, when i talked to other people they had similar experiences and won't advice any one here to go for blood samples here

very bad service , we came at the clinic at 8 am , but there was no one to do the test . technician came at 9 am. had to wait for one hour for the test .

I'd recently visited to Viman Nagar branch for health check up to my parents. Clinic and services are good but it's 2 storey clinic without lift. Difficult for old ages patients to go up and down. USG machine is not available here, they took patients to other clinic near by with their own vehicle. Please note staffs don't care much about patient status. They asked old age patients to come by 9.30am for doctor consultation while doctors themselves came by 11am. If you ask why, they deny and tell they haven't given the time. Pathetic service. Earlier I'd given 3 star but now after the visit on Saturday reduced to 2.
