Express Clinics Magarpatta Hadapsar - Diagnostic center in Pune - Pune, India

I have done Full Body Check Up some days ago. The process went smooth and in ease. One nearest to Magarpatta can come and do all the body related tests. Although, the centre has very less space for collecting sample in comparison to any other. One thing, its not a Laboratory cum centre. It is just a sample taking centre. If you have any other option, you can go for that instead of this.

I recently visited Express Clinic for a medical checkup , and I must say that my experience was nothing short of abysmal. The clinic not only failed to provide me with the necessary medical report but also displayed highly unprofessional behavior, including the use of rude language towards me as a customer. First and foremost, the primary purpose of my visit was to obtain a comprehensive report detailing the results of my medical tests. However, despite assuring me that the report would be ready within a specified timeframe, Express Clinic failed to deliver. The lack of professionalism and irresponsibility in failing to provide an essential document like a medical report is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the behavior exhibited by the clinic staff was shockingly disrespectful. Instead of addressing my concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism, they responded with rudeness and impatience. As a customer seeking medical assistance, I expected to be treated with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, Express Clinic failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. It is crucial for healthcare providers to recognize that patients rely on them for support and guidance during times of vulnerability. Sadly, Express Clinic's negligence and offensive attitude have severely tarnished their reputation in my eyes. I strongly advise potential patients to reconsider choosing Express Clinic for their medical needs. The clinic's inability to deliver essential medical reports and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction are indicative of a severe lack of professionalism and empathy. In conclusion, my experience with Express Clinic was incredibly disappointing. Their failure to provide the necessary medical report, coupled with the use of rude language and unprofessional behavior, left me deeply dissatisfied. I hope that Express Clinic takes this feedback seriously and makes substantial improvements to ensure better patient experiences in the future.

Dispite of having no rush, they will make you wait a lot because doctors never come on time for them. Companies should consider some other clinic for employee check-ups.

The place is poorly managed. They give you an appointment and make you wait atleast 1 hour. I took an appointment for 9:30am, the doctor arrived only at 10, and the attendant said that there are people waiting since 8:30. They are not mindful of people's time.

Pathetic service , pathetic staff , un professional saff , the staff is not trained in taking blood , please dont go there , the place is very unhygienic. Companies should stop tying up with such pathetic clinics

I made a mistake again by going to this clinic! For a blood test I did in the morning, I was supposed to get results by evening but results didn't came late night also. Even call center not picking up calls and getting cut automatically after 3min holding. The tests results should not take more than 1 or 2 hours !

Difficult to find location. Also it's located inside Destination Center of a Magarpatta city. So anyone going from outside is not a good idea. Only for residence of Magarpatta City. Also they don't send/track your reports via email. Staff has no control at all, just doing job. No personal care. Visit only during packages and testing.

Pathetic service doctors are never available and you have to keep running around from clinic to another with no assistance
