Executive Inn - Hotel in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

Had the opportunity to dine here on two occasions... The restaurant though located in a basement, is very clean , well lit and the AC is super cool The service is superior and very courteous. They have an extensive menu and the quality of food , plating is much above other hotels in Puducherry. Located very conveniently at the end of Vinayagar Koil street , it is a comfortable walk from the promenade beach ... Kudos to the staff , who go the extra mile to ensure customer delight And a little birdie also whispered, that the owner not only retained all the staff during Covid but also paid them full salaries for the duration of the pandemic. Definitely a place with postive vibes and motivated staff ...

Great option, walkable distance from the beach and clean and neat rooms. The staff is humble and helpful. The only thing is my girl wanted to celebrate my birthday and asked for a cake/minimal decoration or anything that they might have but they didn't have anything. One suggestion is to keep some props that you might give to multiple people, you already have a kitchen keep some cakes or at least some pastries. Test all it was an amazing experience at a decent price.

Stayed here for two nights in executive room with family. Rooms are bit small. Bath area is very small. Extra sofa bed is there child can sleep here. Limited hot water. Breakfast is average. Mostly indian not tasty. Location is good.

Budget friendly and safe. The budget rooms are located in another building 100m away from the main hotel. They don't have a balcony in the budget rooms. So no view. Otherwise, good, clean, safe lodgings for students and people wanting to save on accommodation. Clean towels, toiletries, cupboards etc provided. Hotel staff is very helpful, professional and can arrange basic requirements like kettle, laundry, auto services etc. There's a small grocery store nearby for basic things. The restaurant of the main hotel has a variety of Indian and continental options. Good to go. The hotel is just 1km away from the main beach, cafes, fashion boutiques, park and these can be covered on foot if the sun isn't too much.

Neat and clean room and bathroom. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet was decent with plenty variety. Located within heart of whitetown so easy access to many different places

Ultimate service. Very good hotel in White town. Rooms are cosy but specious. They have almost everything in the room. Very clean and hygiene-maintained. Beds, blankets & pillows are very comfortable. Location is fabulous. Within walking distance from beach, Arobindo Ashram, Ganesh temple, immaculate church and other places of interest. If you love to spend time in the hotel - they have a balcony to just Sit & watch. Shopping is greatfrom here. Muthu silk is 9 min walk. Pothys is within a few km. Couple of branded salons are around (2 min walk) if you wanna pamper yourself. I forgot my mobile universal adapter & found a reasonable shop nearby. This hotel has a restaurant that serves Indian, Chinese and continental. Dont miss their chinese & icecream milkshakes. We have met people coming from other hotels to eat here. Free breakfast with varieties of food & they have everything you can ask for. Great food. Decent price. Members of staff are very courteous, polite and friendly. Beena, the owner of the hotel, is a great person to chat with. Has no air, is with great personality & very kind. She personally takes care of all the boarders. would highly recommend this hotel & would love to stay here again. My rating: 5/5 (Honestly, couldnt find any flaw to deduct even .25. This hotel is great in the truest sense)

It was a pretty nice experience staying in executive inn. Room service and quality of food are the best . Looking forward to stay again in future..

Have booked Executive Deluxe Room for a day. The only reason I booked this hotel is balcony view which they mentioned in Goibibo. But they provided Non-Balcony room. When asked about it, they communicated that balcony view rooms are occupied by foreigners and its subjective to availability which was not mentioned in Goibibo while booking. I checked in at 1230PM, so, the probability of occupied by earlier comers are very less. What I felt is they are giving preference to non-tamil speaking people. Room doesn't have Kettle. Room was very clean and neat. They don't have own parking; you need to park in street. Watchman available across the time for safety and they are very supportive. Breakfast is not great one for the money. My experience is not pleasant and not value for money.
