Today (01 nov 2022) I visited this policlinc for skin and caugh problem. But on duty MO at Room C didn't fwd to me on skin opd. She adviced only to take cough medicine and take rest for three days. I m feeling etching on my skin. But she said I will fwd you skin at next opd day. Even though today is skin opd day. As per her view Ethciing is not a serious issue. All over service is good. Can do with better organising. Someone should enforce masks and social distancing as the waiting area is crowded with many patients thereby increasing the risk of contamination.
The staff is supportive and guiding in all manners. I had to renew my parents echs card for medical emergency. It did not take more than 30 mins to get the temp slip with all required documents in place.

A very well managed ECHS Center with very well managed systems in place. The doctors and staff are polite and attentive. The OIC is seen taking rounds and attending to the patients problems and disposing them to satisfaction.
