Too crowded, especially during evenings. U will find more show offs then genuine workout freaks. U will have to wait like forever to get your turn on your chosen workout machine. Staff is always busy. If ur a serious workout freak then u can try the gym next to it which lacks in quality of equipment but you can have a decent workout

Very compact gym and plates are rusty and not at all enough if you want to lift heavy.

Good place...in east of Kailash.... Trainers are also fine.... Cost is around 2000 per month.. A little costly as compared to.other gyms
