Such a beautiful stay . Had an amazing experience staying at this heritage place . It was beautifully maintained and very clean . Felt like home at this stay . From the watchman to the receptionist everyone were so kind ,friendly and helpful . Would definitely stay at this place everytime we go to pondy . Beautiful rooms,beds and corridors. Everything was so beautiful about this place .
This was also very close to the rock beach. The receptionist was kind enough to have our bags at the lobby even after checking out so that we could roam at ease till evening. Just in love with the stay
It's amazing space with beautiful architecture of a traditional tamilian heritage house with a small pond and statue in the centre of the house...washrooms are big as small rooms...with cleanliness...they use to provide services paid pickup n drop services... location is so good that main view points u can explore by walk...1.4km from beaches, aurbindo ashram, Ganesh temple, church, botanical garden.

It was a great stay at Esparan heritage..staffs are friendly...Clean rooms and washrooms...silent environment..found difficulty in parking 4 wheeler as we need to park the same on the road side and shopkeepers might make noise to move your vehicle to a different location..
I stayed here for one night during early march. I wanted to stay near white town and this seemed to be the best option. The hotel has great aesthetics specially the entrance and common area. I had booked a studio room which was nice, the bed was super comfortable. However, maybe bathrooms can be improved a bit. The best thing about this place is the staff. They were very accommodating and welcoming. I asked them if they could help me with keeping my luggage for the day and they easily helped with the same. Totally recommended!

rooms were very clean ...but very small ..bathroom was so small that it was kinda suffocating ....and also no car parking available in or around the hotel so not a great place to book if you travelling by car ....its a budget property so cannot expect much !Also the kitchen looked very dirty unlike the rooms

We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
