Epitacio's - Hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the Calangute market. There is a bar cum r restaurant downstairs and it is very good and busy as well. Beach is 15-20 mins walking. The only problem I faced is they gave us a relatively smaller room (this could be because we booked online). Though it had a very nice balcony, the room in itself was less spacious. And the hotel staff do not clean the room everyday if you don't ask them explicitly.

The Hotel is New and Clean. Location is far from Beach. Service is bad. The Hotel didn't provide Towels for a Day. The Maintenance of Equipment they have is \"Zero\". The Hot Water System was not Working. Management and Restaurant is Divided. The free Breakfast is always an Issue. Overall okay. Thanks For Reading

The name of the hotel is so stylish but not so the hotel. It's a decent hotel to stay. The Rooms in the hotel are quiet spacious. The cost of the rooms is quiet reasonable. Rooms consist of one wardrobe, one A.C & a T.V set. Rooms are nice with a gallery attached to them, where you have sit & have a chat with your friends or family. Rooms are decorated a little for couples( Don't expect something extraordinary). Coming to the service and Staff support, here things are little different. Some of the staff members are really helpful, but some of the staff members are just too arrogant. The kitchen department is different from the hotel staff. Also there is lack of coordination between the hotel staff and the Kitchen staff. The breakfast is nice. There is complimentary breakfast which includes a few items, but if you want to order something other than complimentary, you will be charged as per the menu. The hotel organizes live orchestra during night for dinner. The food quality of the Hotel is kind of OKAY to my liking. So to Conclude, I will say if you are on a tight budget, then surely give it a try, other than average staff support, rooms are nice. But if have the budget I will suggest to look for a more better option. Overall experience was Good.

The place has completely disappointing service. The rooms were not well kept. Washroom tap and shower was broken. Washbasin was jammed. Ac swing was broken. Complimentary breakfast starts later than their time and ends exactly at the time. Staff is shady and speaks roughly. Only good thing was aaloo paratha.

Place is 5 minutes away from Calangute beach. The rooms are okayish in size. The staff is helpful. The food at the restaurant OVER THE FLAMES which is on ground floor, is good if you go for their vegetarian menu. Right outside epitacios is the main Calangute road and the place retains its vibe even at 1 am in the night. The main board of hotel wasn't visible the first time we tried to spot it while on road. Other than that its awesome.

Worst place to have breakfast... If you are planning for a quick idli or dosa breakfast this is the wrong place to go to. You may end up spending the entire morning here. The waiters are helpless.. owner is rude to customers and acts as if he doesn't care. I had my breakfast twice here.. food is decent here 6/10. But the service and time for the food is worse here..

Expensive as compared to the services provided, rooms are ok, bit there is no room service only, me n my cousins stayed here for 3 days, they never asked us for room cleaning, towels, bedaheets etc were also not changed, so guyz pls aviod this place. Moreover we had booked this hotel from online source which informed us that you can make the payment by card, but while check in we were told to pay the whole amount in cash.. BTW dont go by the photos posted online, they are not the current ones.

Good hotel for family with attached restaurant. You don't worries about the foods and drinks . They are helpful and you get every information about how to rent bike or water sports. Hotel rooms are not clean and they are not provide any room service.
