Energy Fitness - Gym in Bengaluru - default, India

One of the best maintained, well-ventilated and uncrowded gyms I had the privilege of being a member for a brief period until it got shut due to bad administration of the mall (which is likely getting demolished). My best wishes to the gym owner Najib for the reopening of this gym in the new location. Thanks a lot, Najib!

The high point of my Bangalore trip has to be Energy Fitness Gym. One of the best gyms I have ever been to. Very spacious, top-notch equipment. But the best part is you get to meet Najeeb Agha sir an Olympian, an Asian Judo champion, it was overwhelming for me to meet an athlete who represented India in the Olympics.. what more could a fitness enthusiast ask for than having an olympic athlete overseeing your training requirements. I would highly recommend everyone in an around Cunningham Road, Vasanth Nagar and other close-by places to train at Energy Fitness whatever your fitness goals might be.

Amazing gym! Love the atmosphere! It's spacious, has some amazing natural lighting during the day, great equipment with knowledgable & friendly trainers. The cafe with the gym alone is enough for me to give it a 5 star rating. Yummy and healthy food at affordable prices, what more can you ask for!

A good place and very airy space to workout. People around are very kind, helpful and professional. Almost all the equipments are available for an all-round fitness. But some of the cardio equipments like Rowing, Treadmill, etc. have gone old now and need replacement or else it might be a matter of risk to newbies in the place.

This gym though tiny, it's got looks. It has a spa-type feel in the cafe and a decent gymnasium aura to it on the inside. And oh yeah ! They offer MMA classes, Aerobics, and space to conduct your own. It's fun

Cheater people. I joined this gym in May 2019 after joining I got to know that they took more money than my friends paid. Now this gym (Whitefield Bangalore) is closed in December 2019 and they gave only three numbers to get money back. Trying from December but no one is answering that phones.

Nice gym with hammer strength rack. Lot of machines and ring pull ups trx etc. Dumbbells to 65 lbs.
