Endure Fitness Club - Ambegaon BK - Gym in Pune - Pune, India

I have been working out here from last 2 months. The trainers are nice , 4-5 of them are certified from K11 academy as trainers and others are experience based. Facility for steam bath is there twice a week. The reception is quite good. The machines are all VIVAfitness and in perfect condition. Its open all day long from 6am to 10pm. Trainers are there even in the afternoon timings. So must visit for a good workout.

They will cut down the AC after 10 o'clock and say that if you want AC ask management, they cut down the spa too and they are asking for extra money. You will loose body fat by sweating only as there is too much heat inside

Their staff is pathetic and have no manner how to talk with their customers, provides bad service over all , they play Cheap songs at Gym and zumba sessions which makes people uncomfortable. After taking money from client they behave rude.

Nice gym, decent equipment, good floor space. Like any other normal gym

Bad service, Bad Staff, Waste of Money!!! Every 4th gym equipment seem to be out of order. Badly maintained machines and not to good quality as most were rusty. The staff need to get themselves educated in customer management and friendly service. They promise many things while registration once you start with them.. after a week nobody will ask you about your workout. This gym is waste of money. One of my friend got injured and dr. suggested him to take bed rest for few months, even after he has submitted medical certificate and reports nobody is taking calls and no response to emails. No service extension or refund provided by the gym. Awful service overall!

I work out in this Gym It have almost every facility which I feel it should have.. All advanced equipment to do a proper workout I reduced 16 kg till now and I'm very happy. My trainer Vinayak and Santosh helped me.. Desk support is also available
