Enchantic - Lingerie store in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Good store, great collection. My mum and aunt have purchased from here. The reason of my feedback is, I don't stay in Bangalore and my mother purchased a night dress for me, which I honestly didn't like, so i checked the bill , it was written that if the clothing is in the original/unused state, the exchange it. I called the next second my mum gave it, I wasn't really happy with it, so i called them immediately to inform that, as soon as i reach bangalore i shall exchange this item, they agreed to it, apparently i had a call with Mr.Siddique who politely told me he would make this exchange happen, on his word, I specially went to Bangalore, with the bill, the original packaging, everything. The conveyed the same to the person who sits on the bill desk, and he really was like, "we don't exchange" i said, "the products ' are in original condition & the bill is here" he just spoke so rudely and so loudly infront of other clients, i really felt embarrassed, they started doubting my purchase, i had to call my mother to get the entire purchase cross checked, i was really upset by their behaviour towards me, I still couldn't understand if this was because I was from a different city and not a bangalore localite? Personally will never go here after how they spoke. They could've told the same thing politely. Really felt sad.

Not even worth 1 star . Worst customer experience ever . Owner showing disgusting expressions on customer as ppl are taking time to select the items . Every time asking sale girls whether the purchase is done ,else he is passing unnecessary rude comments. If we are spending our hard earned money in purchase, we can't even take few minutes to select the item or what. Very worst customer experience. Arrogance at its peak.

Response from the store over WhatsApp was very good , also sent many options/pics of hot lingerie over WhatsApp which I really appreciate, finally my girl picked up something sexy for us but she mentioned that very less options for sizes were there it seems, also the lingerie we picked up tore on our first try (even before we went wild) , I did not feel it was value for money I mean I guess the quality needs to be better, also what do I know about women's lingerie please keep more options

These people don't even deserve 1 star. Doesn't talk with manners, always behaves rudely with the customer. Before buying, they tell their own made rules. Have you ever heard and seen saying that you cannot trail the slip. Bra is allowed to be tried but not the slip. how can it be Really don't you think this is a ridiculous reason? Does this make any sense? Nonsense and can't even exchange. And refuse the request of the customer very rudely. This is not fair to the customers. Neither these people have the value of the customer nor of themselves.

Fraudulent behavior with the billing!! I had showed the Paytm App which said Payment done and still they refused to accept the screen and said that whatever debited would be credited back. Asked me pay again if I wanted to make my purchase. When asked again on what's to be done if it doesn't happen, I was assured that I can always connect back with them. It's proved by Paytm that it's a double debit, and they refuse to payback the amount. Disgusting behaviour of always dodging calls when calling for follow up. It's been a month now! I wish there was a zero rating because they don't deserve a single one.
