Excellent staff, very polite and always helping specially the staff in the Salt n Pepper cafe. My son really enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. The food is tasty and served to our content. The rooms are good and the overall palace theme is simply amazing. Being a tourist the location is convenient for too and fro travel. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
Had a pleasant stay of Ten days at Empires Hotel in the land of Lord Jagannath. Food is awesome, place is spacious, neat and tidy. Salt and pepper serves you food that will make your soul happy. Visited here for official work. It is located at a good location readily accessible from all sides of the city. Deluxe rooms are well maintained and loaded with all facilities required for a comfortable stay. They have two restaurants - one for buffets and the other for a la carte, both are operational on a daily basis. There is also ghazal and musical performance in the evening in one of the restaurants. The hotel is built in an imperial style resembling rajputana forts of Rajasthan. The pool is decent and is on the rooftop. Staff is courteous and take good care of guests. Plenty of add on services also available on demand.
Good hotel for business trips. 1st and 3rd time all went well. 2nd visit I had sleepless night due to the maintenance activities was there around 12 to 2 AM.
Food experience as a vegetarian I felt better. In starter we had vegetable and cilantro soup which is awesome and stuffed mushrooms which another big hit. Main course was little bit average but overall experience great. Staff behaviour and services are best. But all these are bit of pricy side and yet recommendable.
