My wife and sister tried their services on my sister's wedding this February. Their makeup artist was good but there was no professionalism in overall staff. No clarity on what will they do, very rude staff and apart from makeup artist all other staff seemed untrained in what they were doing. We splurged almost 32000 in services and bridal-makeup but it wasn't worth the money we spent. Not recommending this to anyone in future!!
Useless,worthless and Irritating.I have been to this place many times and everytime this place is disappointing in one way or the other. Let it be the service,customer comfort,quality of work or discipline, this place has no standard. Especially, the middle-aged lady who sits in the reception is HIGHLY ANNOYING. I can quote many incidents. The heights of all the even is what happened today. I called up at 10:30 and booked an appointment for 12:30 to take a Hair cut. When I reached there on time...not a single hair stylist was available. More to that the Receptionist was speaking all non-sense and gender based statements when I asked her why didn't she call us and tell that hair stylist are not available...This place is worthless.
Shama did my party make up, very satisfied with her work, after lot of disappointments, while getting makeup done from various makeup artists in Agra!! Hair and makeup together create the look. I am very happy, I went here! I was happy with the hairstyling too!
What a pathetic service they offered on my wedding day. I had a appointment at 5 pm. I have reached on time. But when i reached they asked me to wait. I waited for more than 2 hours, as they have two brides make up in queue. Then at 9 pm they started my makeup which was horrible..i was telling them that my tikka is not in line, my mascara is not applied correctly, lipstic is not matching..........somehow I manage as it was my big day and i don't want to ruin my day because of them. I got late for my venue also.
Pathetic makeup artists..I got my bridal makeup done from here and this salon totally ruined my day by giving me a disastrous makeover. I never thought I would look such horrible. I would never ever suggest anyone to go and get their bridal done from here. They are all into money making business. The worst salon in Agra.
Makeup artist was just amazing and hairstylist was also outstanding.. highly satisfied with empire salon KFC branch, moreover behaviour of staff was also very good and cooperative..I just got a baby doll look..must recommended.
Very disappointed wd their services...okay /ordinary kinda bridal makeup done by their artist... false eyelashes come out within few hours ...not recommended at all..naam bade darshan bahut hi chote suits them well.. don't waste your time and money..more over your "big day" here..not worth it
Like the other reviewer I agree, about this salon to be in the money making business. *Highly recommend not to go* OVERPRICED, UNDER TRAINED STAFF WHO COULD BURN YOU OR CUT YOU. This looks like a good salon on the inside and sadly I am assuming has a monopoly. Do not go there, I definitely am not!
