Don't go for this hotel. Go for Tango if it's urgent. Rooms are not safe and poorly maintain. They provide us the blanket that has trails of blood all over that make me shoked. Sweeper looks at you like they haven't seen a couple. Owner friends were always there near reception making guests uncomfortable. My recent stay at Empire Hotel Mohali was nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me deeply disappointed and regretful of my decision. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, it was abundantly clear that this hotel has no concept of providing value for money or maintaining basic standards of hospitality. First and foremost, the overall condition of the hotel was appalling. The hallways were dimly lit, giving off an eerie and neglected vibe. The carpets were stained, and the walls showed signs of wear and tear. It seemed as though no effort had been made to maintain the premises in a decent state. Furthermore, the room I was assigned was a complete disaster. The furniture looked outdated and worn-out, and the bedding was visibly dirty. The bathroom was far from hygienic, with moldy tiles and a shower that barely worked. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the staff. Adding to the chaos, the noise levels in the hotel were unbearable. People were constantly knocking on doors, creating disturbance throughout the night. It felt as though the hotel management had no control over the guests or any regard for maintaining a peaceful environment. The lack of soundproofing only exacerbated the issue, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was unhelpful and indifferent to guests' concerns. Whenever I tried to address the issues I encountered, the response was dismissive and unapologetic. It was clear that they lacked basic training in customer service and had no intention of rectifying the situation. Considering the exorbitant amount I paid for my stay, the lack of quality and service at Empire Hotel Mohali was completely unacceptable. It is disheartening to think that the hotel management shows no commitment to maintaining even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Empire Hotel Mohali to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other accommodation options in the area that offer far superior experiences and better value for money. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by avoiding this establishment altogether. Overall, my experience at Empire Hotel Mohali was nothing short of a complete letdown. I left feeling utterly dissatisfied, with no doubt that this hotel deserves the lowest rating possible.

Worst hotel ever. The staff don't even care about there customers and there was no water at all. We only got some water in our restroom for an hour or 2 but after that there was no water. We have to call again and again for some water to drink and also there was no food. At 11 we asked them for a bottle of water, the servant came up and he gave the bottle and asked for money at the same time, even though he knows that we are gonna stat there for night and can pay it while the checkout but still. I won't recommend this hotel at all.
