My experience was really really bad, I'd have given 0 star if there was an option for it, the fooding & service is so bad that you'll get your order's after hour's and wow the ego & attitude of the front office lady, if I could I'd have given her the award of "Best attitude award of the year". My experience there during 2018 & now 2023 is like heaven & hell.
I had attended one meeting in that very place. It was very hot even though there was AC. May be an AC problem.
Place is to say decent. But a few problems Toilet had no toilet seat. Tv does not work( not an issue though) The Cupboard was a little dusty The hot water and cold water is kinda messed up.
I LOVED LOVED LOVED my stay here. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant has wonderful food, prepared perfectly! I highly recommend Emerald Inn to anyone.
Good food , comfy beds , clean rooms and good service
I loved the stay here in this hotel, my check-in was a surprise for the hotel still they managed to serve me at very affordable prices, also they serve the best food in Dimapur Nagaland.
Hotel is good and the owner is awesome man....the rooms are good and comfortable...food is fine esp...aloo matar poori with pickle.and its out of the busy road..situated in duncan bosti...i do recommend the traveller to stay there in nagaland

The reception guy has no manners. Too much of an attitude. No professionalism. Asked the room service department to clean the room, took the whole day. Showered was not fixed until afternoon which was complained the previous night.
