I booked the rooms directly in the hotel. Staff were helpful in giving choices for rooms. Breakfast was good , especially while travelling with kids and getting up late and the food options. Rooms were spacious and clean, and their staff gave a room tour explaining all. Location is . Overall would suggest to try.
Near to town, great view and closer to all destinations. Calm and quite place. Good hospitality. Free buffet breakfast and rest of the meals you can pre order in the restaurant. Food also too good. Each room has a balcony with a great view to nature.
Giving this because of the below reasons: Wifi is bad. Pls check your room if it has proper wifi before taking keys. No room heater No hair dryer Over budget (not worth for 3-4k) For guests coming here the only plus is the rooms have a view but for 1/4 of the price you can stay in the city much better since you dont spend much time at the hotels. Not worth it. Giving the one star so that people easily notice it.
The resort was good. Had a pleasant stay. It was situated near munnar town. Kudus to the room service. They clean and maintain the room very well. But the hot water timing is not 24 hours. They will provide hot water on a timing basis.
We been to restaurant here! That was our horrible experience out of this Munnar trip. Most of the dishes weren't available and the provided dish caused us food poison and we fell sick having it. If you care your own health and your family's health please try some other restaurant and don't visit here
Nice Place to stay with Beautiful Mountain view. It is near 2-3 km from munnar town. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Food is also good and reasonable. Good Service too. But in complementary breakfast the options are less. Rest is good.
