I'm glad to inform you about this good gym! A gym, consider factors like cleanliness, equipment quality, staff friendliness, class offerings, and membership pricing.....I have reduced 10kg in just 2 months....I am sure u will have sufficient time to workout...there is no time limit for each exercise...it's not compulsory u have to come on specific time and finish within specific time...you can come in the morning and stay till night 9:00 clock....this gym has started zumba classes, Yoga classes etc....I understand this quote is actually real "Strength doesn't come from what you can do; it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn't."...

Wonderful gym which I went so far and their newly imported equipments one of the highlight and attractive thing in gym. Trainers were good and dedication towards their work is unbelievable. Especially Trainer Kishor whom really I wan to appreciate about his training and dedication.
In this Gym easily grow body loss and weight gain in short term also Equipments maintained well and good.. Especially personal trainer (Kishor), He is professional and friendly guiding me to Learn all type of workout. Thanks
