Elephant hill,Barkani - Tourist attraction in Balangir, Dhumamara - Balangir, India

Nice experience. Surrounding is superb. Nearest place to town which is good to visit. Solar plant is nearby. The downside is that when you climb up the hill, you will find a lot of beer bottle and such things. Administration and public is silent.

Can go for tracking if you are bored :)

This is a great place for trekking, suitable for family outing as well. The best time is early morning so as to avoid the hot sun. The approach road is good as well. Straight road from SITE - Sushree college Square. A must visit place. Some crowd gather typically on Weekends and Holidays, other wise a very quiet place.

Extremely lovable nature and environment. But,now a days people from nearby town are destroying the charm of this place by throwing garbages like plastic bottles, polythins and other hazardous materials.

Very cosy and not at all safe for family if you are going go in a group other wise dont and if with small kids prevent going here
