Felt good initially when i gave for stiching...but feeling bad when it took 5 months to stich...was informed that stiching would be over in 2 weeks. Also the final outcome was very bad and rework had to be done which took 1 more month... After getting that i took it to another place so that i could do the restiching again..

Worst place ever..they say 2weeks for delivery..will give delivery aftr 1.5mnths...cloths stiched were double the actual size..i suggest never go to this place

The most unprofessional tailor in town. Had gone there for getting uniform stitched and 30 days was the delivery time window given to me. I didn't get the clothes on the promised date. Had to fight for more than a week; gone there thrice and had been calling them daily (you have to be very lucky to get your call answered), everytime they used to say ' tomorrow for sure' and finally had to shout and create a scene on two days. They had cut clothes and then it went missing, took measurements again and clothes were cut and it got misplaced again. They have too much of orders and they are not well planned / organized to handle all of it - utter chaos. Nobody has any idea about what is happening there. Finally after all these, got the poorly stitched uniforms delivered at my house (Thanks to the owner for doing it personally). They have stock of readymade uniforms for some schools. You will get decent quality uniforms at reasonable price If you want to buy those. If you are planning to get clothes stitched at Elegance, be prepared for delays, poor stitching and total uncertainty; stay away from them if you want to avoid arguments and need peace of mind and properly stitched clothes.

It was a horrible experience when I went collect special bulbul uniform fort child. The owner of the shop does not know how to behave with the customer. I will never purchase anything from there henceforth.

Bad customer service. You can always see a hopeless customer fighting with owner for getting their tailored clothes back. In 90% cases you won't get proper shapes, and need to visit again and again for correcting. The owner getting bulk orders from school directly and this is the success for his shop. Don't go, if you need perfect fit dress in time.
