Life changing! I was so blessed to meet my teacher Kalpendra. The knowledge and wisdom that he shares in the training is phenomenal. Kalpendra has a huge knowledge of all the aspects of Yoga, and goes deep into it to make it accessible to all of his students. He is such a patient teacher with a great sense of humor as well. I believe this teacher training can change view on Yoga and practice. At the end of course everybody is able to teach a complete class. it's the best choice you can make if you want to learn to become a Yoga teacher. Words are so short to explain my feelings after course. I arrived to this course with such a little background on yoga and left with a hand full of new and fresh knowledge. I haven't found any master like Kalpendra . He is a very intelligent teacher with a lot of knowledge. Philosophyand teaching methodology feels very genuine and professional. I feel like I have got a holistic view of what yoga is. The biggest gift for me personally was the energy that was put on the teaching methodology. After a month it feels very safe to graduate and start teaching immediately with all the knowledge, wisdom, practice and support this training has giving me. I definitely recommend it!!! :)
Kalpendra is a fantastic Teacher , I particularly loved his philosophy lessons as it gave me a real insight into what yoga truly is. If you are thinking about doing yoga teacher training in Rishikesh then I would highly recommend his school. I've never met a teacher that is so present and dedicated to every single student and who has such a deep understanding of the Breathing techniques and Pranayama as Kalpendra Ji does. Benkat is an excellent teacher, I did a 10 days yoga course with him in Rishikesh and it was a great experience. He is a lovely human always with a smile on his face and very attentive to help you through the flow of asanas in the class. I'll recommend him 100%.
