I've been working out in the gym for 2 months now, and I've had a great experience here. A very comfortable atmosphere to workout especially for beginners like me. Both of the trainers are so supportive, friendly and approachable. They will help you plan and execute your workout on a daily basis. I believe a comfortable and supportive gym community is really important for a good workout session, and this is the best place for that. The gym provides a very comfortable space for members from different age groups to achieve their fitness goals. It's a great place with great people to boost your physical and mental health. I joined EJ's fitness club 1 month ago. It was my first experience and have not been disappointed. The trainers are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. I joined the gym to gain weight and i have a better changes now than before. This is my happy place now. I highly recommend this place to anyone who want to get fit. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable.

I was actually tensed when I joined the gym, as an ambivert I really don't like crowd that much. However, after few days it became a part of my routine and actually I felt ecstatic. Our instructors were so supportive and friendly, if I'm absent for a day my trainer do take the effort to personally ask me, why I was absent. We all are like a family now. The most important thing is the neatness, we do lay on the mat without even thinking twice. Everything is near and tidy. Trust me guys you won't be disappointed.

The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere.Apart from that, trainer Abin bro was so helpful for sorting out my doubts and help me to focus on losing weights with excellent cardio sessions I would highly recommend ej's fitness for those who wants to improve their physical health as well as their mental health too.
