Eden Resorts and spa - Hotel in Pahalgam - Anantnag, India

Restaurant service was amazing. Especially Nusrat and Rafia were really kind and welcoming. The rooms were spacious with a sea facing view. We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was pleasant. Would come again!

Very beautiful resort. Neat and clean. Garden, restaurant, coffee shop very well maintained. Food was very delicious. Room was very good so as the lobby. Balcony view was really awesome. Staff was very decent and treated us very respectfully. Overall wonderful resort and I will love to come again and again. I will definitely recommend family and friends

Just now had the pleasure of staying at Eden Resorts and spa , and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived to the time of check-out, the hotel left a lasting impression on me. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, delicious dining, and excellent amenities made it a perfect choice for my trip. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing hotel experience. I look forward to returning to Eden resorts in the future and reliving the wonderful moments I had during my stay. Mr Wasim at the Reception and Naseer as House keeping did wonderful job . The resort is showing its age. Very poorly maintained. And badly designed. First, we had damaged walls in the rooms assigned so we asked for a change of rooms. The next room had a weird level difference in the middle of the room which would break your toes if you stubbed them. We had to put a towel on the floor to protect ourselves. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi but no heating. The door of the bathroom is of glass so if one person goes inside and turns on the light, the other person would be disturbed. The power kept going off and the heating kept failing. The staff was helpful but so badly groomed that you could smell body odour from 3 feet away. They use some kind of room freshner to cover up the dirty conditions. The smell of the room freshner is so strong you get a headache. The first evening when we checked the bedsheets, it was clear that the previous occupants had spent their honeymoon there and the sheets had not been washed. Food in the restaurant was worst we had on our trip in Kashmir (which generally had great food everywhere). The so-called 24 hour cafe had no power the 3 times we went there and so no coffee was available. The road outside (granted it's not hotel property) was bad and broken and dirty. Don't be fooled by the ratings. Avoid totally.

We had a wonderful stay at Eden Resorts. The room was quite comfortable and spacious. The view from the room was breathtaking, we really enjoyed our stay at Eden. The only thing that is missing is lift/elevator, they only have the staircase. Thanks to Mr Waseem and the entire staff for being so polite and helpful. I highly recommend Eden Resorts.

Nicely received by front desk, welcome by drink. Situation very attractive as river flowing in front. Excellent and familiar behaviour by receptionist specially Aman. Food quality very good. All staff members are cooperative and with smiling faces. Front garden maintained nicely. Worth staying property.

If bedsheets and blankets are not clean , it spoils the whole experience of the stay. Very dirty, old and poorly maintained bedsheets and towels. Cooperative staff, good food.

Room was good but small, good ambience, Amazing garden, food was extremely good. Candlelight dinner decoration wasn't great, it was also arranged inside one corner of the restaurant which I had to change to a bay near the garden after insisting to the tourist agent. The manager refused to change it when I asked him directly. This should never be a question, candlelight dinner is organised much better in all other star hotels. It's not directly opposite to the river, you need to take a short walk (50metres), the pathway to the water flow is dirty. I think that should also be responsibility of the resort. The reason we choose this resort is because of the river but there's no view from the room, also the pathway is filthy. Also the manager said that he will remove my bags from the room if I'm late by 15 mins, he wasn't very kind. There was no hand wash in the room. Could be better for the price we pay
