During our stay at KTDC Tea County Munnar with my family, we were impressed by the overall experience. The rooms were immaculate, providing a neat, clean, and spacious environment. The hygiene standards were exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. The staff members were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Additionally, the property boasted a picturesque view, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the serene surroundings of Munnar. The only suggestion we have is to enhance the breakfast options to provide more variety. Overall, our stay at KTDC Tea County was delightful, and we highly recommend it for a memorable family vacation.

Good place to come and stay for couple of days Located nearby the Central Munnar Very good service and attentive people.. They arrange campfire.. Over all very good...

Hot water timing is only from 6am-10am and not available at evening time .....TV has only free channels,rooms are only 50% neat, coffee is very worst that they don't even add sugar and price list of food is too high

Rooms are not cleaned properly. While campfires, others are not allowed to see. The campfire is near our room; they play music. We can't sit or sleep in our room, and we are not allowed to come outside to see the campfire.

I went on a tour through college...it was very nice and the rooms were very nice. They gave good food. Everything we ask is given to us. It was very good. All facilities are available. Located in a very nice location... //

Been to this resort with my family. Informed the hotel incharge that there will be 4 adults staying in a room. The hotel incharge did not mention the additional costs and simply took the advance and confirmed the booking assuming that there were kids in the room . On arrival which was a late check-in the rooms were still not cleaned for hours. upon repeated asking the basic facilities were provided. The staff was not cooperative and kept saying that things are not available. Would not recommend this hotel as the staff will never accept or provide anything on request and they are not welcoming as well. The staff clearly declined the things that were discussed while booking and prove you wrong to snatch extra money.

Very worst maintained rooms. Hot water only in morning.
