Pathetic experience, delivery guy decides when you will get your package. I received notification from Amazon that delivery guy has reached location with the package, on asking delivery guy about the same, says, he intentionally didn't bring package and later feeds into the system that customer has requested change in delivery date.

Worst service than any courier I used.
The delivery boy marked my order as delivered but neither contacted on my given number nor tried to deliver my consignment on given address.
Belive me I'll raise this issue against you on amazon.
If you want to make your impact on customer I'm suggesting you, guide your delivery boy to deliver consignment at customers door, because this is your responsibility.
Earlier I noticed One of your delivery boy when out for delivery,makes call to customer and told them to come at a particular place and collect their orders, that's not the way to deliver.
You have marked your self at google but there is no contact number given any where,go and add your number on which customer can contact to you when something bad happened to them regarding their order.
Pakage arrives to them timely but they take 2 or more days to deliver it within didwana sometimes without calling you they will return the item and you suffer great loss of time

Such a reckless courier services it should have to stop why we are paying for the delivery charges if they don't get our parcel at our door for this guy's we have to choose Cash on delivery that they has to come at our door steps
The delivery agents are refused doorstep delivery and even cancel the order when we not come to the place which they told.
