The tour manager Mr.Rajan Thapa was very humble, polite and flexible. Due to this, our tour became very enjoyable and satisfying. He showed us best scenic veiwpoints and chose very good hotels with views of mountains. Our diver/guide bhaiyya Mr.Yogesh Gurung took us very safely everywhere and gave us lot of information about sikkim. Surely recommend easthighland tours and travels company to all. Sikkim is very serene, peaceful and tranquil place for all nature lovers.

Me and my friend recently visited Sikkim with our customized itinerary during Dec'21. We (my family) visited Darjeeling and North Sikkim from 3rd June to 10th June 2022; our overall experience was incredible and satisfying!. The Easthighlands Tours handled all our bookings, and the services were excellent. Mr. Thappa, our tour handler, was very prompt in responding to our request and ensured that our stay was comfortable. We were particularly mesmerized by our visit to North Sikkim; people say that Kashmir Valley is a heaven on earth, but I feel North Sikkim is not an ounce less. Our visit to Gurudogmar lake (the highest lake ), situated at about 5400m altitudes, was the pinnacle of our experience! A must-visit place for anyone visiting North Sikkim. Yumthang Valley was although beautiful, but by the time we saw it, the bloom was already over. So, if you want to enjoy Yumthang Valley, the 'Vally of Flowers,' the best time would be April. When we were returning on 10th June, there was already significant rain; on our journey from Gangtok to Bagdogra, we were stuck at 2-3 places due to landslides. So, if you plan in June, be aware of these issues and plan your travel accordingly. However, we could enjoy several waterfalls and lush green valleys in Sikkim, which is a plus point of visiting in raining season. The hotels booked by Easthighlands tours were comfortable with all minimum amenities. Still, they can't be classified under Luxury Hotels/Resort categories, so we felt that negotiation at the tour booking was necessary. I can't forget our Taxi Drivers, Rohan for Sikkim and Mr. Sundarbhai for Darjeeling; both were very friendly and cooperative. We spent a wonderful time in Sikkim. our travel agent, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and flexible. According to our schedule, all the vehicles arrived on time, and the drivers were kind. The accommodations were suitable for our travel requirements. We received prompt attention for all of our required permissions. Overall, the tour was quite well planned.

I visited Sikkim and Darjeeling with my friend circle and the entire itinerary was set up by Rajen bhaiya. He changed to itinerary according to our request and made sure we had the best experience. He checked up on us on a daily basis and made sure we were doing well. I have not seen any other your provider do this. He also collected the fees as per our convenience. Rajen bhaiya alloted us to an amazing driver, Yogesh Daju. The hotels set up by him were a steal for their price and we had a very pleasant experience. The entire family's experience working with him and his company was excellent, not just mine. He was sufficiently courteous and polite throughout.
