Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
Rooms were spacious but we did not get the good view. Reception Service not good. Toilet flush not working. No hot water No wifi in our rooms. Restaurant food was excellent and service was also good.
Very good atmosphere for any get together. Very well maintained ambience and superb staff. All are very friendly. And the dishes are yummy. Feels like home. Thanks team, keep up the good work.
The rooms are large and very clean. It's located in the town of Munnar and has decent views from the room balconies. The hotel has one of the better restaurants in the area. The staff is really courteous and polite. Room service is surprisingly quick. Overall, highly recommend
Eastend is probably one of the best in Munnar. Amazing experience. Rooms, lawn, food..every single thing about this hotel is awesome. And the view from the room is majestic!
The hotel has best food. Service is good. And the garden has many flowers. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing as with the garden. Will recommend 100% to anyone if staying in munnar. And one thing i would like to add there is no fan no ac in the room but as the atmosphere is always humid and cold. You don't need one. So totally book the hotel if you are staying in munnar.
We both are on Kerala tour from 18 nov23.Today is the last day of our family tour.Eastend hotel &all staff I experienced very best.If in future came on Kerala tour I definitely prefer Eastend hotel.What they promise gives more than it Thank you
We popped in to the Eastend Hotel after getting off a long sleeper bus from Alleppey. We had an amazing buffet breakfast here which had lots of variety, and great masala chai! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel really welcome. We definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant for any travellers coming to Munnar!
