Unfortunately, my recent experience at the gym was not good. Despite being so overcrowded with people and unprofessional teenage kids, the trainers and helpers were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting with workouts. It was quite frustrating and made it difficult to achieve my fitness goal.
